Video · Drone · Audio · Web · Apps · Marketing — Rochester, NY
NYONIC is a one-person studio in Rochester. Video, aerial, audio, websites, software, search and the marketing that runs on top of them — made by the person you actually talk to, at a price that reflects there being nobody else to pay.
See what I do ↓Twenty years — work produced for
Shot, cut or produced as part of commercial production teams over a twenty-year career. Listed as work history — not as endorsements, and not as current clients.
One studio. No handoffs.
Most of what an agency bills for is coordination between specialists. When the same person shoots it, cuts it, builds the page and runs the campaign, that cost disappears — and so does the gap between what you asked for and what turns up. Every deliverable is reviewed and obsessed over by a human. Me.
What I do
These are quoted to scope rather than sold off a rate card, because a rate card either overcharges the small job or underprices the big one. Tell me what you need and you get a number, not a meeting.
Brand films, commercials, testimonials and events — shot, directed and cut by the same person, so nothing gets filmed that the edit can't use.
See video production → 02FAA Part 107 certified aerial video and stills for property, construction and events. Airspace checked and cleared before the shoot day, not on it.
See drone capture → 03Podcasts, voiceover, mixing and sound design. The half of video that people only notice when it's wrong — and then they leave.
See audio production → 04Fast, hand-built sites and landing pages that load before a visitor gives up on them. Eleven live builds you can open and time yourself.
See eleven live builds → 05Web and desktop software — the tool that replaces the spreadsheet. Three shipped products of my own to show for it.
See app development → 06Lead response, qualification, booking and follow-up — wired into the tools you already use, so the obvious thing happens at 2am without you.
See AI automation → 07Technical and local search. For most small businesses the problem isn't the competition — it's that the site gives Google nothing to read.
See SEO → 08Paid social, content, email and lead generation — run by the person who also produces the creative, which is why things actually ship.

Fixed price, fixed turnaround, no scoping call. These are jobs I've done enough times to know exactly what they cost — built on an AI pipeline and finished by hand. Everything below is a demo, produced in-studio and labeled as such.

Vacant rooms photograph cold. ListingLift stages them digitally — same architecture, same light, furniture that sells the space. Delivered MLS-ready and labeled “virtually staged,” in 24 hours.

03 — For product creators

Demo product — “Summit Mug,” produced entirely in-studio. Client work is always built from your real product photos.
04 — For real estate agents
The listing photos are already in the MLS. TourFrame turns them into a cinematic walkthrough — room by room, in motion, set to music — the kind of scroll-stopping tour that used to need a video crew and a shoot day. Built from the photos you already have, delivered in 48 hours. Motion graphics and on-screen text are available too, at an additional cost.
30-second tour $199 · full walkthrough from $349

Send the photos and the MLS sheet. Twenty-four hours later the property has a site at its own link — one you can text to a buyer, print on a sign rider and run ads to. It holds the staged photos and the tour, so the marketing you already paid for finally lives somewhere. When the house sells, the page becomes what you show the next seller.

Three demo listings, produced in-studio — fictional properties, fictional agents, AI-generated photography, all labeled on the pages themselves. Open any of them. Client work is always built from your own listing.
The process
One call or one email. What it has to accomplish, and by when.
One person start to finish. Nothing gets subcontracted and nothing ships unreviewed.
Revisions included. Files, rights and accounts are yours, in your name.
The studio, in short
NYONIC is one person: Jason Berardi. I shot and edited commercial work for twenty years — McDonald's, Meta, Mastercard, Discover, State Farm, Pfizer, Adidas. I got tired of the agency layer between good work and the people who need it. So I built a studio that doesn't have one.
That means the person quoting your job is the person shooting it, cutting it, building the page and running the campaign. There is no account manager, no producer's margin, and nobody to lose your brief on the way through. It also means I only take on what I can genuinely do well — if a job needs a crew of eight, I'll tell you that instead of pretending otherwise.
AI handles the heavy lifting where it genuinely helps — cleanup, roto, upscaling, generating elements. I handle the judgment: what looks true, what looks cheap, what makes someone stop scrolling. Every AI-assisted image is disclosed as such. Every deliverable is checked by hand.
Tell me what you need and you'll get a real number, usually the same day. If it isn't a job I should be doing, I'll tell you that instead.
